This is what we ask for when speaking with a new client.
- ‘Scope of work’ detailing what’s yours and what is not.
- Project documents. PDF format seems to be the norm these days but we can work with any format.
- Samples of your in-house shop drawings. Projects similar to the current one are best and help me understand the level of detail you need as well as your shop’s basic construction techniques.
- If you need CAD files back for in-house use, we like to see a sample of your typical CAD file.
We can work around anything you don’t have but this helps give the best quote and start a conversation about pricing & lead times in general. If your files are too large for email and you need help sending them without a paid service, contact us and we can accommodate you.

Pricing
Our shop drawings are estimated per job, per detail. We do not charge a percentage of your contract amount. This works to our competitive advantage because our customers only pay for work being done. For example: Basic box cabinetry costs less than custom casework because it takes less time to draw and detail. Highly repetitive work costs even less.
Payments
At first we require 50% to start and 50% at delivery. We are always willing to discuss terms after a working history is established.
